Inleiding
Links van de toegangslaan ligt een 19de-eeuws of ouder bakstenen T-boerderij met de langsgevel parallel aan de Groenestraat, met schuren gesitueerd op twee terpen van ongelijke hoogten; boerderij met schuur op de hoogste terp, bijschuur uit 1917 op een lagere terp. De drie bouwmassa's met middenlangsdelen zijn overkapt door zadeldaken met waterborden en windveren, ter plaatse van het voorhuis gesneden klossen. Opvallend is de gelijke detaillering van de achtergevels.
Omschrijving
Grote SCHUUR uit 1917 van één bouwlaag, zolder en vliering; symmetrisch opgebouwde gevels met linksvoor een aanbouw met flauw hellend dakvlak. Centraal in de voorgevel duidt een getoogde afsluiting (boven de rechte toegangsdeuren) op de voormalige aanwezigheid van een stalraam overeenkomstig de beide nog aanwezige meerruits stalvensters. In de geveltoppen een oeil de boeuf.
Waardering
De Grote SCHUUR, deeluitmakend van een complex van een boerderij met een kleine schuur en een grote schuur is van algemeen belang:

Introduction
To the left of the approach road lies a 19th-century or older brick T-shaped farmhouse with the long facade parallel to Groenestraat, with barns situated on two terpen of unequal heights; farmhouse with barn on the highest terp, outbuilding from 1917 on a lower terp. The three building masses with central longitudinal parts are covered by gabled roofs with drip moulding and wind vanes, at the location of the front house with cut brackets. Striking is the identical detailing of the rear facades.
Description
Large BARN from 1917 of one storey, attic and loft; symmetrically constructed facades with front left an annex with shallow pitched roof plane. Central in the front facade a segmented closure (above the straight access doors) indicates the former presence of a stable window corresponding to the two still-present multi-light stable windows. In the gable tops an oeil de boeuf.
Valuation
The Large BARN, forming part of a complex of a farmhouse with a small barn and a large barn is of general importance:
