DIENSTWONING.
Aan het begin van de toegangsweg vanaf de Oude Groenestraat naar het hoofdgebouw staat een witgepleisterde woning, oorspronkelijk koetsierswoning later jachtopzienershuis gebouwd in circa 1915 in eclectische stijl. Thans dubbel bewoond. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met rode geglazuurde tuile du nord pannen gedekt zadeldak met overstek voorzien van waterborden en windveren, bakgoten op klossen en op de nok een gemetselde schoorsteen; twee dakkapellen met stolpraam. Vensteropeningen met vernieuwde schuifvensters met halve opgeklampte luiken; segmentboogvormige afsluitingen met gepleisterde geboorte- en sluitstenen en boogvelden. Links in de voorgevel is de dubbele hoofdingang geplaatst in een deels uit het bouwblok uitgespaard portiek, gedragen door zuilen op betonnen basementen. De beide door een middenstijl van elkaar gescheiden ingangen zijn afgesloten met een halfrond bovenlicht waarin radiaalvormige traceringen; in het gevelvlak rechts naast de ingang bevindt zich een staand draaivenster. Rechts van de toegangspartij drie vensterassen; daarboven twee ovaalvormige gietijzeren rondvensters, de rechter met radiale tracering.
Linker zijgevel met drie vensters en een gekoppeld topvenster met zesruits bovenlichten; de rechter zijgevel is gewijzigd, ter plaatse van de ingangspartij is een modern venster aangebracht, rechts daarvan een zijingang en een getoogd venster, twee topvensters.

Description
SERVICE DWELLING.
At the beginning of the access path from Oude Groenestraat to the main building stands a white-plastered dwelling, originally a coachman's cottage, later a gamekeeper's lodge, built around 1915 in eclectic style. Currently occupied as a double dwelling. The building, constructed on a rectangular plan, consists of one storey under a gabled roof covered with red glazed tuile du nord tiles with overhang provided with drip moulding and wind vanes, gutters on brackets and a brick chimney on the ridge; two roof dormers with pivot windows. Window openings with renewed sash windows with half-clasped shutters; segmental arch-shaped closures with plastered springers and voussoirs and arch fields. To the left in the front facade is the double main entrance placed in a portico partly cut out from the building block, supported by columns on concrete bases. The two entrances, separated from each other by a central mullion, are closed with a half-round fanlight with radial tracery; in the facade surface to the right of the entrance is a tall casement window. To the right of the entrance structure three window bays; above these two oval cast-iron round windows, the right one with radial tracery.
Left side facade with three windows and a coupled top window with six-light fanlights; the right side facade is altered, in place of the entrance structure a modern window has been installed, to the right of it a side entrance and a segmented window, two top windows.
