Onderdeel 5C
Inleiding
Direct ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw staat een complex van vier bakstenen bijgebouwen, waarvan de grote stal met aangebouwd koetshuis het hoofdbestanddeel vormt, gebouwd in de laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw met neoclassicistische kenmerken. Het complex is toegankelijk vanaf de van Boetzelaerstraat.
Omschrijving
SCHUUR onder een schilddak, waarvan behoudens aan de voorzijde drie dakschilden doorgezet zijn en voorzien van waterborden en windveren. Indeling met vensters voorzien van dubbele luiken en vierledige deuren (deels vernieuwd).
Waardering
De SCHUUR, deel uitmakend van een complex van koetshuis annex stal met schuur en paardenstal is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- vanwege de beeldbepalende ligging in de directe nabijheid van het hoofdgebouw;
- vanwege de ensemblewaarde en gelijkvormige vormgeving met neoclassicistische elementen;
