Omschrijving onderdeel 3: VOETGANGERSBRUG.
Voorerf en voortuin zijn vanaf de Ternaarderweg toegankelijk via een (thans niet meer in gebruik zijnde) voetgangersbrug van gewapend beton, bestaande uit een brugdek en een borstwering in de vorm van betonnen paaltjes verbonden door ijzeren stangen. De brug dateert van omstreeks 1930. De huidige toegang tot het erf loopt via de weg rechts van de boerderij (Witmonnikswei).
Waardering
De VOETGANGERSBRUG is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de functionele relatie met boerderij en voorerf;
- vanwege het materiaalgebruik en de vormgeving, beide kenmerkend voor de jaren 1920-1930.

Description of component 3: FOOTBRIDGE.
The foreyard and front garden are accessible from the Ternaarderweg via a (now no longer in use) reinforced concrete footbridge, consisting of a bridge deck and a parapet in the form of concrete posts connected by iron rods. The bridge dates from around 1930. The current access to the yard runs via the road to the right of the farmhouse (Witmonnikswei).
