Omschrijving onderdeel 3B: BOERDERIJ.
Boerderij, midden-XIX; bakstenen gebouw van één bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond; schilddak mwt grijze pannen; aan achterzijde (noord) aangebouwde schuur onder gekoppeld zadeldak met zakgoot en grijze pannen; symmetrische voorgevel met in het midden een dubbele deur met driedelig licht getoogd bovenlicht; erboven een laag hooiluik; ter weerszijden van de deur twee vensters van hetzelfde type als in het koetshuis.

De BOERDERIJ is van algemeen belang:

Description component 3B: FARMHOUSE.
Farmhouse, mid-19th century; brick building of one storey on rectangular ground plan; hipped roof with grey tiles; adjoining shed on rear side (north) under coupled gabled roof with gutter joint and grey tiles; symmetrical front gable with in the centre a double door with three-part light arched fanlight; above it a low hay-loft door; on either side of the door two windows of the same type as in the coach house.
