Omschrijving onderdeel 3A: KOETSHUIS.
Voormalig koetshuis, midden-XIX; bakstenen gebouw van één bouwlaag op nagenoeg rechthoekige plattegrond; schilddak met grijze pannen; rechter deel van voorgevel (lange zuidgevel) iets uitspringend en met afgewolfde topgevel, waarin gekoppeld venster; beneden twee getoogde vensters met meerruits bovenlichten en luiken; de rest van de voorgevel heeft de volgende onregelmatige indeling, v.l.n.r.: zelfde venster als de beide hiervoor genoemde, een pilaster, twee dubbele inrijdeuren met licht getoogde meerruits bovenlichten, dan een smalle toegangsdeur en een gekoppeld venster, alle op dezelfde wijze getoogd als de genoemde vensters; boven de linker inrijdeur een dakkapel (voormalig hooiluik) onder spits zadeldakje.

Description component 3A: COACH HOUSE.
Former coach house, mid-19th century; brick building of one storey on an approximately rectangular plan; hipped roof with grey tiles; right part of front facade (long south facade) projecting slightly and with half-hipped gable, in which coupled window; below two arched windows with multi-pane fanlights and shutters; the rest of the front facade has the following irregular layout, from left to right: same window as the two previously mentioned, a pilaster, two double carriage doors with lightly arched multi-pane fanlights, then a narrow access door and a coupled window, all arched in the same manner as the mentioned windows; above the left carriage door a dormer (former hayloft opening) under a pointed saddle roof.
