Omschrijving onderdeel 4: KOETSHUIS.
Ten zuidwesten van het hoofdgebouw gelegen koetshuis uit het midden van de 19de eeuw. Gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond onder geknikt schilddak met een kleine uitbouw aan de westkant en een hoger opgetrokken middengedeelte aan de oostkant, beide onder zadeldak. De gevels zijn gepleisterd, staan op een grijs geschilderde plint en zijn versierd met horizontale stuclijsten die overgaan in stuclijsten rond vensters en deuren.
Aan de voorzijde (oostkant) in het midden een grote getoogde inrijdeur, hierboven een rechthoekig venster, wijzerplaat met klok en op de daknok een dakruiter met luidklokje. In de zijgedeelten van deze gevel een rondboogdeur en een klein getoogd venster; liggende vensters in de lijst onder de dakrand. De rechterzijgevel heeft een grote getoogde inrijdeur. Liggend venster onder de dakrand. In het middendeel van de westgevel (achter) twee vensters op de begane grond en een in de geveltop. Aan de rechterkant de toegang tot de stal. In de stal over de volle diepte van het gebouw twee boxen voor het paard en de ezel, afgesloten met een houten beschilderd schot met traliewerk. Houten voederbak. Vloer van klinkers; enkelvoudige balklaag.

Description
Description component 4: COACH HOUSE.
Coach house located to the south-west of the main building from the middle of the 19th century. Building on rectangular plan under a bent hipped roof with a small extension on the west side and a higher raised middle section on the east side, both under gabled roofs. The facades are plastered, stand on a grey-painted plinth and are decorated with horizontal stucco strips which transition into stucco strips around windows and doors.
On the front side (east side) in the middle a large arched carriage entrance, above this a rectangular window, clock face and on the roof ridge a roof turret with a small bell. In the side sections of this facade an arched door and a small arched window; horizontal windows in the strip under the eaves. The right side facade has a large arched carriage entrance. Horizontal window under the eaves. In the middle section of the west facade (rear) two windows on the ground floor and one in the gable top. On the right side the access to the stable. In the stable over the full depth of the building two boxes for the horse and the donkey, closed off with a wooden painted partition with lattice work. Wooden fodder trough. Floor of clinker bricks; simple beam layer.
