Omschrijving onderdeel 1: HOOFDGEBOUW.
HOOFDGEBOUW 'IJSSELVLIEDT' uit 1824 met uitbreidingen uit de late 19de en 20ste eeuw.
Volgens overlevering werd het huidige huis in 1824 gebouwd. Het bestond toen uit een ondiep gebouw van vijf traveeën breed en van twee bouwlagen en een kap hoog. In het laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw werd het pand naar achter toe met een fors blok vergroot. De voornaamste kamers op de begane grond werden opnieuw gedecoreerd. In de 20ste eeuw volgden nog meer uitbreidingen. Deze maken geen deel uit van het beschermde monument.
Gebouw van twee bouwlagen en een kap op onregelmatige plattegrond. De muren zijn witgepleisterd. Grijs geschilderde plint. Het voorste en oudste deel ligt onder een schilddak met hoekschoorstenen. Het daaraan gebouwde deel onder een omlopend schilddak. De voorgevel is naar de weg gericht. In het begin van de 20ste eeuw kwam een vierkant portiek voor de ingang tot stand met gekleurd glas in het plafond.
In het interieur zijn vermeldenswaard: de middengang in het voorste deel met plafond uit de bouwtijd, de kamer en suite met schouwen in neo Lodewijk XV-vormen, betimmeringen en plafonds uit het eind van de 19de eeuw aan de rechterzijde, de daar achter liggende bibliotheek met schouw en lambrisering in neorenaissancevormen, de kamer met schouw en stucwerk uit 1824 aan de linkerzijde en de kamer met neorococo plafond daarachter.

MAIN BUILDING 'IJSSELVLIEDT' from 1824 with extensions from the late 19th and 20th centuries.
According to tradition the current house was built in 1824. It then consisted of a shallow building five bays wide and two storeys and a roof truss structure high. In the last quarter of the 19th century the property was enlarged towards the rear with a substantial block. The principal rooms on the ground floor were redecorated. In the 20th century further extensions followed. These do not form part of the protected monument.
Building of two storeys and a roof truss structure on an irregular plan. The walls are whitewashed. Grey-painted plinth. The front and oldest part is covered with a hipped roof with corner chimneys. The part built to it is covered with a surrounding hipped roof. The front facade faces the road. In the early 20th century a square portico was created in front of the entrance with coloured glass in the ceiling.
In the interior are noteworthy: the central passage in the front part with ceiling from the time of construction, the suite of rooms with fireplaces in neo Louis XV forms, timber panelling and ceilings from the end of the 19th century on the right side, the library behind it with fireplace and wainscoting in neo-Renaissance forms, the room with fireplace and stucco work from 1824 on the left side and the room with neo-rococo ceiling behind it.
