Omschrijving onderdeel 3: TUINMANSWONING.
Tuinmanswoning gebouwd in 1845. Het huis is links van de ingang van de buitenplaats gelegen. De vrij liggende woning is met de aan de achterzijde aanwezige houten neogotische loggia naar de weg gericht.
Het huis is opgetrokken op nagenoeg vierkante plattegrond onder een iets ingezwenkt, met riet gedekt schilddak met dakkapellen. Gepleisterde gevels met gecementeerde plint. Kelderlicht in de zijgevels. Onder de dakrand een omlopende gestucte lijst met bloktandmotief. Ingangsgevel van drie traveeën breed met symmetrische indeling. Boven de voordeur een afdak dat steunt op kolommen die op muurtjes staan. Vensters met vorktracering in bovenlicht. In het midden van de linkerzijgevel twee halfronde venstertjes met ter weerszijden vensters als naast de ingang. Gevelsteen met: 'De eerste steen gelegd / door Mevr Arnoldina / Johanna Gockinga Wed / Nobel 25 Junij 1845'. Rechterzijgevel met twee stolpramen met paneelluiken en tweeruits bovenlichten. De naar de weg gericht gevel is het rijkst van uitvoering door de aanwezigheid van een houten veranda met gekoppelde in paren opgestelde zuiltjes, spitse bogen, rijk gedecoreerde velden, alles van hout.
Het interieur heeft de oorspronkelijke indeling bewaard met centrale middengang.

Description component 3: GARDENER'S DWELLING.
Gardener's dwelling built in 1845. The house is situated to the left of the entrance of the estate. The detached dwelling is oriented towards the road with the wooden neogothic loggia present at the rear.
The house is erected on a virtually square plan under a slightly set-back, reed-covered hipped roof with roof dormers. Plastered facades with cemented plinth. Basement lights in the side facades. Under the eaves an encircling stuccoed moulding with block-tooth motif. Entrance facade three bays wide with symmetrical layout. Above the front door a canopy supported by columns standing on small walls. Windows with fork tracery in fanlight. In the middle of the left side facade two semi-circular small windows with on either side windows as next to the entrance. Stone tablet with: 'The first stone laid / by Mrs Arnoldina / Johanna Gockinga Widow / Nobel 25 June 1845'. Right side facade with two casement windows with panel shutters and two-light fanlights. The facade facing the road is the richest in execution through the presence of a wooden veranda with coupled columns arranged in pairs, pointed arches, richly decorated panels, all of wood.
The interior has retained the original layout with a central hallway.
