Omschrijving onderdeel 15.
WOONHUIS 'EIKENHOF' MET TUINMUUR.
Oorspronkelijk een als fruitschuur gebouwd pand gebouwd omstreeks de laatste eeuwwisseling, dat thans als woonhuis in gebruik is. Op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand van één bouwlaag onder een met grijze Mulden-pannen gedekt zadeldak met windveren en een gemetselde schoorsteen. A-symmetrisch ingedeelde gevels. Bij de voormalige fruitschuur een bakstenen tuinmuur met gepleisterde pijlers en ijzeren hekwerk.

DWELLING HOUSE 'EIKENHOF' WITH GARDEN WALL.
Originally a building constructed as a fruit storage shed around the turn of the last century, now in use as a dwelling house. Brick building erected on a rectangular ground plan of one storey under a gabled roof covered with grey Mulden tiles with wind braces and a mortared chimney. Asymmetrically arranged facades. At the former fruit storage shed a brick garden wall with plastered pilasters and iron railings.
