Omschrijving onderdeel 3.
ORANJERIE.
De zuidvleugel van het hoofdgebouw wordt gevormd door een oranjerie uit 1875 waarvan het exterieur in 1909 is aangepast aan het in 1909 gebouwde tegenoverliggende bouwhuis (tympaan, schoorstenen, dakvensters). Thans is de oranjerie in gebruik als keuken en kantine. Het op rechthoekige grondslag gebouwde pand, waarvan de gevels uit zandstenen blokken zijn opgetrokken, bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met leien gedekte, gebogen en afgeplat schilddak. De regelmatig ingedeelde gevels met meerruitsvensters zijn door geblokte pilasters geleed. De voorgevel heeft centraal een driehoekig fronton waaronder de toegangsdeur met bovenlicht geflankeerd door smalle meerruitsvensters. Aan weerszijden van de ingangspartij twee vensterassen. Een drietredige trap met sokkels aan weerskanten geeft toegang tot de deur. Aan weerskanten van de trap twee smalle betonnen sokkels met decoraties uit het begin van de twintigste eeuw bekroond door marmeren bustes (Romeinse figuren voorstellende). De achtergevel bestaat uit drie grote raampartijen met roeden.

ORANGERY.
The south wing of the main building is formed by an orangery from 1875, the exterior of which was adapted in 1909 to the outbuilding built opposite in 1909 (tympanum, chimneys, roof lights). The orangery is now used as a kitchen and canteen. The building on a rectangular footprint, with facades built of sandstone blocks, consists of one storey under a hipped roof covered with slate, curved and flattened. The regularly divided facades with multi-pane windows are articulated by rusticated pilasters. The front facade has centrally a triangular pediment under which the entrance door with fanlight flanked by narrow multi-pane windows. On either side of the entrance section two window axes. A three-step stair with plinths on either side provides access to the door. On either side of the stairs two narrow concrete plinths with decorations from the early twentieth century crowned by marble busts (representing Roman figures). The rear facade consists of three large window sections with glazing bars.
