In het begin van de twintigste eeuw gebouwde DIENSTWONING, gelegen ten noorden van Zypendaal. Het huis werd in opdracht van de familie Brantsen gebouwd voor de 'pluimgraaf', de verzorger van het pluimvee en de koeien op Zypendaal, in een traditionele stijl. Het gebouw is opgezet als een T-boerderij met dwars voorhuis onder schilddak en een daarop aansluitend iets lager achterhuis onder wolfdak. De daken zijn met gesmoorde verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt. Windveren langs de dakranden. De gevels zijn wit gepleisterd en hebben een grijs geschilderde plint. De meeste vensters en deuren hebben aan de bovenzijde een licht uitgemetselde strek die aan de hoeken is omgezet. Grote vensters met onderluiken. In de symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel deur en vensters met roedeverdeling in het bovenlicht. In de zijgevels van het voorhuis en de eerste traveeën van het achterhuis vensters van het zelfde type; rondboogvenstertjes in de rechterzijgevel. In de achtergevel deur met kleine zijlichten en omgezette latei; rondboogvensters aan beide zijden. De indeling in het interieur met centrale gang, een kamer aan beide zijden in het voorhuis, kelder met troggewelven en details als schouwen en paneeldeuren met geprofileerde omlijsting dateren van de bouwtijd. SERVANT'S HOUSE built at the beginning of the twentieth century, located north of Zypendaal. The house was built at the behest of the Brantsen family for the 'poultry count', the caretaker of the poultry and cattle at Zypendaal, in a traditional style. The building is set up as a T-farmhouse with transverse front house under hipped roof and a slightly lower rear house adjoining it under half-hipped roof. The roofs are covered with weathered improved Dutch tiles. Wind vanes along the roof edges. The facades are painted white and have a grey painted plinth. Most windows and doors have a slightly raised brick course at the top which is turned at the corners. Large windows with lower shutters.
