Omschrijving onderdeel 2: Parkaanleg.
Overtuin met PARKAANLEG bestaande uit golvende boomcoulissen rond een gazon, waarin forse solitairen (eik, kastanje, tamme kastanje, rode beuk) met onderbeplanting van struiken (rododendron, taxus, hulst, azalea, deutzia, sering), waar doorheen een wandeling voert. In het gazon ligt een schuin met de kavel mee lopend pad. In dit deel bevindt zich de oude tuinmanswoning. Aan de zuidzijde loopt over de hele diepte van het park een berkenlaan. Aan oostzijde is in de coulisse een doorzicht geschapen naar het achtergelegen bouwland, dat met een bomenrij wordt afgesloten. In dit deel een gebogen laan en een ronde vijver. Aan Vechtzijde is een houten waterterras. De beschoeiing bestaat uit gesmoorde dakpannen.

De TUIN- EN PARKAANLEG behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Vecht en Lommer is van cultuurhistorisch belang:

Outer garden with PARK LAYOUT consisting of undulating tree screens around a lawn, in which substantial specimen trees (oak, chestnut, sweet chestnut, copper beech) with underplanting of shrubs (rhododendron, yew, holly, azalea, deutzia, lilac), through which a walk leads. In the lawn runs a path slanting with the plot. In this part there is the old gardener's lodge. On the south side a birch avenue runs across the entire depth of the park. On the east side a sight line has been created in the screen toward the back lying arable land, which is closed off by a row of trees. In this part a curved avenue and a circular pond. On the Vecht side is a wooden water terrace. The revetment consists of covered roof tiles.
