Omschrijving onderdeel 3: TUINMANSWONING.
De TUINMANSWONING wordt al op de kaart van Covens en Mortier van Loenen uit 1726 afgebeeld en is dus ouder dan het hoofdgebouw. Gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond onder met grijze pannen belegd zadeldak. De gevels zijn van een pleisterlaag voorzien. De oorspronkelijke toegang bevindt zich in het midden van de noordgevel. Daarnaast een roedevenster. In dezelfde gevel een kelderlicht. De deur uiterst rechts is een toevoeging uit de jaren negentig van de twintigste eeuw. De westgevel heeft een roedevenster met luiken en een vierkant venster in de geveltop. Aan de zuidzijde deur en vensters van verschillend formaat. Aan de oostkant een opkamer venster en een kelderlicht daaronder. In het interieur aan de oostkant een onderkelderde opkamer die via twee zijden toegankelijk is. Kelder met balken plafond en karnrand. Opkamer met enkelvoudige balklaag. In de grote woonkeuken een 19de-eeuwse rondboognis voor een kolomkachel, versierd met doekfestoen.

Description component 3: GARDENER'S COTTAGE.
The GARDENER'S COTTAGE is already depicted on the map of Covens and Mortier of Loenen from 1726 and is thus older than the main building. Building on a rectangular ground plan with a gabled roof covered with grey tiles. The facades are rendered. The original entrance is located in the middle of the north facade. Next to it a glazing bars window. In the same facade a cellar light. The door at the far right is an addition from the nineteen-nineties. The west facade has a glazing bars window with shutters and a square window in the gable top. On the south side door and windows of different sizes. On the east side a chamber window and a cellar light below it. In the interior on the east side a cellar-level chamber accessible from two sides. Cellar with beam ceiling and wall sill. Chamber with simple beam layer. In the large living kitchen a 19th-century round-arched niche for a column stove, decorated with fabric swag.
