Omschrijving onderdeel 5.
Ten noordoosten van het hoofdgebouw gelegen voormalig KOETSHUIS met koetsierswoning uit het laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw, opgetrokken in sobere neorenaissancestijl. Gebouw op L-vormige plattegrond, van een bouwlaag hoog onder met grijze kruispannen belegd schilddak. De noordoostkant (links) bevatte de koetsierswoning, in het midden was de paardenstal en de noordwestkant (rechts) de ingang en stalling voor de rijtuigen. Het inwendige is omstreeks 1990 tot woning verbouwd met handhaving van een deel van de indeling, de originele hoogte en balklaag en (in de voormalige paardenstal) de in visgraatmotief gelegde bestrating. De gevels zijn van rode baksteen opgetrokken en zijn onder de daklijst met een muizentandlijst versierd. In de noordelijke gevel getoogde deuren en vensters met luiken; in de uitbouw met de grote toegangsdeuren tot de stalling. Deuren en vensters onderling met een gecementeerde lijst verbonden. In het dakvlak twee dakkapellen. In de zuidgevel ter hoogte van de voormalige woning en de stalling iets naar voren springende delen van twee bouwlagen hoog die met een zadeldakje op het grote dakvlak aanlopen. Ook hier getoogde deur en vensters van verschillende vormen met luiken, muizentandlijst en gecementeerde horizontale banden.
Waardering
Het voormalige KOETSHUIS met koetsierswoning, behorend tot de historische buitenplaats De Oldhorst, is van belang:

Former COACH HOUSE with coachman's dwelling situated to the northeast of the main building, dating from the last quarter of the 19th century, erected in austere neo-Renaissance style. Building on L-shaped plan, one storey high with hipped roof covered with grey Dutch tiles. The northeast side (left) contained the coachman's dwelling, in the middle was the horse stable and the northwest side (right) the entrance and vehicle storage. The interior was converted to a dwelling around 1990 while retaining part of the layout, the original height and beam layer and (in the former horse stable) the flooring laid in herringbone pattern. The facades are constructed of red brick and are decorated beneath the eave line with a dentil moulding. In the northern facade arched doors and windows with shutters; in the extension with the large access doors to the vehicle storage. Doors and windows interconnected with a cemented moulding. In the roof plane two roof dormers. In the south facade at the level of the former dwelling and the stable, parts slightly projecting forward of two storeys high that connect to the large roof plane with a small gabled roof. Here too arched door and windows of various forms with shutters, dentil moulding and cemented horizontal bands.
