Links van het voorplein ligt het uit 1720 daterende BOUWHUIS (4), dat als oranjerie en stalling in gebruik was. Van dit gebouw is de oorspronkelijke indeling goed bewaard gebleven. Gebouw van één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping hoog onder een met blauwe pannen belegd, hoog schilddak. Schoorstenen op de hoeken. De gevels zijn van rode baksteen opgetrokken. In het midden van de voorgevel een dubbele toegangsdeur met bovenlichten; rechts daarvan twee 40-ruits schuifvensters met onderluiken; links van de toegang een 40-ruits venster met onderluik en een blinde nis. In het dakvlak boven de dubbele deur een hooiluik met ronde beëindiging en zijstukken. De linkerzijgevel is blind, in de rechterzijgevel drie 40-ruits vensters met onderluiken. Aan de achterkant is in later tijd een brede toegang met dubbele deur onder segmentboog bijgemaakt. De hoge ruimte op de begane grond heeft een enkelvoudige balklaag haaks op de voorgevel. Rechts is de oranjerie afgescheiden, de overige ruimte is onverdeeld. Onder de oranjerie ligt een kleine appelkelder met klinkers bestraat en een enkelvoudige balklaag haaks ten opzichte van de voorgevel. De zolder is met zes spanten onderverdeeld. Gehakte merken.

To the left of the forecourt lies the OUTBUILDING (4) dating from 1720, which was used as an orangery and stabling. The original layout of this building has been well preserved. Building of one storey and a storey in the roof under a hipped roof laid with blue tiles. Chimneys on the corners. The facades are constructed of red brickwork. In the centre of the front facade a double entrance door with fanlights; to the right of it two 40-paned sash windows with shutters; to the left of the entrance a 40-paned window with shutter and a blind niche. In the roof plane above the double door a hay loft with round termination and side pieces. The left side facade is blind, in the right side facade three 40-paned windows with shutters. A broad doorway with double door under segmental arch has been added at the back at a later date. The high space on the ground floor has a single beam layer perpendicular to the front facade. On the right the orangery is partitioned off, the remaining space is undivided. Under the orangery lies a small apple cellar paved with clinkers and a single beam layer perpendicular to the front facade. The attic is subdivided by six trusses. Carpenters' marks.
