Rechts van het voorplein ligt het uit 1720 daterende BOUWHUIS (3), oorspronkelijk als tuinmanswoning en stal in gebruik en thans als woning ingericht. Gebouw van één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping hoog onder een met blauwe pannen belegd, hoog schilddak. Schoorstenen op de hoeken en op de daknok een dakruiter met klok. De gevels zijn van rode baksteen opgetrokken. In het midden van de voorgevel een dubbele toegangsdeur met bovenlichten (aan de binnenzijde dichtgezet); ter weerszijden twee 40-ruits schuifvensters met onderluiken. In het dakvlak boven de dubbele deur een hooiluik met ronde beëindiging en zijstukken. Aan de overige gevels hebben wijzigingen plaats gevonden. In de linkerzijgevel is een venster dichtgezet, in de rechterzijgevel een venster bijgemaakt. Aan de achterkant is een toegang bijgemaakt. De hoge ruimte op de begane grond heeft een enkelvoudige balklaag haaks op de voorgevel. De oorspronkelijke indeling en aankleding is, met uitzondering van de kelder en de zolder, verdwenen wegens het inbrengen van een woning. Aan de linkerkant van de voormalige dienstwoning ligt een kleine kelder met tongewelf en rode plavuizen op de vloer. De zolder is met zes spanten onderverdeeld. Gehakte merken.

To the right of the forecourt lies the OUTBUILDING (3) dating from 1720, originally used as a gardener's dwelling and stable and now arranged as a residence. Building of one storey and a storey in the roof under a hipped roof laid with blue tiles. Chimneys on the corners and on the roof ridge a roof turret with bell. The facades are constructed of red brickwork. In the centre of the front facade a double entrance door with fanlights (sealed on the inside); on either side two 40-paned sash windows with shutters. In the roof plane above the double door a hay loft with round termination and side pieces. Alterations have taken place on the other facades. In the left side facade a window has been sealed, in the right side facade a window has been added. A doorway has been added at the back. The high space on the ground floor has a single beam layer perpendicular to the front facade. The original layout and decoration have disappeared, with the exception of the cellar and the attic, due to the installation of a residence. On the left of the former service dwelling lies a small cellar with barrel vault and red tiles on the floor. The attic is subdivided by six trusses. Carpenters' marks.
