Omschrijving onderdeel 11
HOVENIERSWONING ten zuiden van het park, gesitueerd aan de slurf van de eerste vijver, uit omstreeks 1830. De woning is op een onregelmatig rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken in bruine baksteen met begane grond en kapverdieping en wordt afgesloten door een samengesteld rieten schilddak waarop twee rechthoekige bakstenen schoorstenen geplaatst zijn. In de topgevel aan de voor en achter(park-)zijde een drielichtvenster met spitsboogvormen. Aan de voorzijde is voor dit venster een laag houten balkon geplaatst en de kap is voorzien van sierlijke windveren. De vensters aan weerszijden van de uitbouw zijn eveneens drielichtvensters, maar rechthoekig van vorm. Aan de westelijke zijgevel is een glazen veranda opgetrokken met eveneens windveren. Aan de oostelijke zijgevels twee kleine uitbouwen met rieten zadeldak. In de zijgevels bevinden zich op de begane grond twee schuifvensters op verschillende hoogte met luiken geschilderd in de kleuren van de Stichting van het Geldersch Landschap (lichtgroen vlak in donkere groene rand met gele ruit waarin een rode roos). In de kap zijn aan de oost- en westzijde twee dakkapellen met driehoekig fronton en een openslaand 4-ruitsvenster aangebracht.

GARDENER'S HOUSE south of the park, situated at the inlet of the first pond, from approximately 1830. The house is constructed on an irregular rectangular plan in brown brick with a ground floor and a roof storey and is closed off by a composite thatched hipped roof on which two rectangular brick chimneys are placed. In the top gable on the front and rear (park) side a three-light window with pointed arch forms. On the front side a low wooden balcony is placed in front of this window and the roof is provided with ornamental weathervanes. The windows on either side of the extension are also three-light windows, but rectangular in form. On the western side gable a glazed veranda is constructed with likewise weathervanes. On the eastern side gables two small extensions with thatched gabled roofs. In the side gables on the ground floor two sash windows at different heights with shutters painted in the colours of the Stichting van het Geldersch Landschap (light green area in dark green border with yellow diamond containing a red rose). In the roof two roof dormers with triangular pediment and an opening 4-pane window are installed on the east and west sides.
