Omschrijving
Onderdeel 3: Omschrijving Boerderij.
Ter plaatse van de middeleeuwse ridderhofstad (?) in de 16de eeuw gebouwde BOERDERIJ. In de huidige vorm daterend uit het begin van de 19de eeuw, met een omstreeks 1862 met stucwerk gedecoreerde voorgevel. Voergangboerderij, opgetrokken van rode baksteen, op rechthoekige plattegrond onder rieten wolfsdak. Aan de linkervoorzijde met een tussenlid verbonden aan het hoofdgebouw. De boerderij bestaat uit een woongedeelte, bedrijfsgedeelte met keuken en geut en tenslotte een stal. Het woongedeelte is onderkelderd. De gepleisterde voorgevel met middendeur, vensters ter weerszijden en op de verdieping, wordt beëindigd met een opzetstuk. Klimmend boogfries langs de dakrand. In de rechterzijgevel getoogde keldervensters met ijzeren spijlen en groot roedevenster ter hoogte van het woongedeelte; ter hoogte van de keuken twee schuifvensters, twee deuren, één naar de keuken en één naar de geut, en een klein roedevenster. Dan volgt een aantal deuren en vensters met luiken ter betreding en verlichting van de stal. Drie dakkapellen onder zadeldaken die op het hoofddak aanlopen. Achtergevel met twee lage mestdeuren en een enkelvoudige middendeur die met een tussenlid verbonden is met de vier roeden hooiberg. Op de verdieping een hooiluik en twee vensters. Linkerzijgevel met vensters met luiken waartussen (20ste-eeuwse) steunberen.
In het inwendige is het woongedeelte door een brandmuur van de keuken gescheiden. Dit deel is onderkelderd. De kelder wordt overkluisd door troggewelven tussen gekantelde balken, hetgeen op een bouwdatum uit de 17de of 16de eeuw kan duiden. Boven de keuken zijn twee kamertjes afgetimmerd. De stal heeft een driebeukige indeling. De spantconstructie is 19de-eeuws.

Description
Component 3: Description of Farmhouse.
On the site of the medieval knight's manor (?) a FARMHOUSE built in the 16th century. In its present form dating from the beginning of the 19th century, with a front façade decorated with stuccowork around 1862. A through-passage farmhouse, built of red brick, on a rectangular plan under a thatched half-hipped roof. On the left front connected to the main building by a linking section. The farmhouse consists of a residential section, business section with kitchen and cattle-channel and finally a stable. The residential section is cellared. The plastered front façade with central door and windows on either side and on the storey above, is terminated with a gable section. Rising arched frieze along the roof edge. In the right-hand side façade arched cellar windows with iron bars and large glazing-bar window at the level of the residential section; at the level of the kitchen two sash windows, two doors, one to the kitchen and one to the cattle-channel, and a small glazing-bar window. Then follows a number of doors and windows with shutters for access and lighting of the stable. Three roof dormers under gabled roofs which connect to the main roof. Rear façade with two low manure doors and a single central door which is connected via a linking section to a four-bay hayloft. On the storey above a hay door and two windows. Left-hand side façade with windows with shutters between which are (20th-century) buttresses.
Internally the residential section is separated from the kitchen by a fire wall. This section is cellared. The cellar is vaulted by barrel vaults between chamfered beams, which may indicate a building date from the 17th or 16th century. Above the kitchen two small rooms have been partitioned off. The stable has a three-aisle arrangement. The roof truss structure is 19th-century.
