Onderdeel 4: Omschrijving Stalgebouw.
STALGEBOUW bestaande uit twee haaks op elkaar staande vleugels oorspronkelijk uit de 18de of 19de eeuw onder met blauwe pannen gedekt schild- en zadeldak. Het gebouw diende oorspronkelijk als zomerhuis en wagenschuur. De korte vleugel (nr. 15) is herbouwd in de jaren tachtig van de 20ste eeuw. Thans heeft het gebouw een woonfunctie.

Het STALGEBOUW behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Ter Leede is van belang:

Component 4: Description of Stable Building.
STABLE BUILDING consisting of two wings at right angles to each other originally from the 18th or 19th century under a hipped and gabled roof covered with blue tiles. The building originally served as a summer house and coach house. The short wing (no. 15) was rebuilt in the 1980s. The building now has a residential function.
