Omschrijving onderdeel 6: DAGGELDERSWONINGEN.
In oorsprong drie daggelderswoningen, gebouwd in 1799 in opdracht van Johannes Mattijs Swemmelaer, thans één woonhuis vormend. Het één bouwlaag hoge bouwvolume op rechthoekige grondslag is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en wordt overkapt door een zadeldak waarvan het achterste schild lager is dan het voorste. Langs het dakschild aan de voorzijde loopt een gesneden en geschulpte gootlijst. In de voorgevel (noord) bevinden zich twee toegangsdeuren en enkele kruiskozijnen voorzien van luikjes en tevens een kloosterkozijn. Onder meer de kozijnen, ramen, deuren en gootlijsten zijn geschilderd in de kleuren groen en geel, zoals meerdere bij het landgoed Leeuwenburg behorende opstallen.

Description
Description component 6: DAY-LABOURERS' COTTAGES.
Originally three day-labourers' cottages, built in 1799 on the orders of Johannes Mattijs Swemmelaer, now forming one dwelling house. The one-storey building volume on a rectangular ground plan is built of red brick and is covered by a gabled roof of which the rear slope is lower than the front. Along the roof slope on the front side runs a carved and scalloped gutter moulding. In the front facade (north) are located two access doors and several cross windows furnished with shutters and also a cloister window. Among other things the frames, windows, doors and gutter mouldings are painted in the colours green and yellow, as are several other buildings belonging to the estate Leeuwenburg.
