Omschrijving onderdeel 3: BOUWHUIS.
Het uit de bouwtijd van het huis Leeuwenburgh stammende bouwhuis dateert uit circa 1657-1659. Het bouwhuis werd in de 19de eeuw verbouwd. Thans is het bouwhuis in gebruik als oranjerie, woonhuis en garage (de voormalige paardenstallen). Het in rode baksteen opgetrokken, één bouwlaag hoge bouwhuis, wordt overkapt door een met grijze pannen gedekt, afgeknot schilddak. Op het dakschild aan de voorzijde bevindt zich een dakkapel met klauwstukken. De voorzijde heeft een regelmatige gevelindeling met centraal geplaatst twee inrijdeuren waarboven door roeden verdeelde bovenlichten. Aan weerszijden hiervan bevinden zich een paneeldeur en 6-ruits venster. De andere gevels hebben een minder regelmatige indeling, aan de achterzijde bevindt zich het oranjeriegedeelte met hoge openslaande 19de-eeuwse deuren met bovenlicht. De rechterzijde is voorzien van een open aanbouw van recente datum onder een plat dak (voorheen de wasplaats). Ondermeer de kozijnen, ramen en deuren zijn geschilderd in de kleuren groen en geel, zoals meerdere bij het landgoed Leeuwenburgh behorende opstallen.

Description component 3: FARM BUILDING.
The farm building dating from the building period of the house Leeuwenburgh dates from approximately 1657-1659. The farm building was remodelled in the 19th century. It is now in use as an orangery, dwelling house and garage (the former horse stables). The farm building, constructed in red brick, one storey high, is covered by a hipped roof covered with grey tiles. On the roof slope at the front there is a roof dormer with scroll corbels. The front elevation has a regular facade arrangement with two centrally placed carriage entrance doors, above which are fanlight windows with glazing bars. On either side of these are a panel door and a 6-light window. The other elevations have a less regular arrangement; at the rear is the orangery section with tall hinged 19th-century doors with fanlight. The right side is provided with an open extension of recent date under a flat roof (formerly the wash-house). Among other things, the window frames, windows and doors are painted in green and yellow, as are several other structures belonging to the Leeuwenburgh estate.
