Omschrijving onderdeel 7: KOETSHUIS.
Nabij het hoofdgebouw staat een op rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken bakstenen koetshuis uit het eerste kwart van de 20ste eeuw van een bouwlaag onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak. In dit gebouw waren ruimtes voor de koetsen, een paardenstal en een koetsierswoning ondergebracht. De naar het hoofdgebouw gekeerde gevel heeft twee licht getoogde dubbele inrijdeuren (thans met glas) met smal bovenlicht; de kopse gevel aan de westzijde heeft een excentrisch geplaatste toegangsdeur met zesruits bovenlicht; links daarvan een houten meerruits vensters en rechts twee licht getoogde ijzeren vensters met roedeverdeling; in de top twee vensters; de oostgevel heeft drie licht getoogde vensters met roedeverdeling en een topvenster. De achtergevel met drie houten meerruits vensters ter hoogte van de voormalige koetsierswoning, een klein venstertje en een ijzeren roedevenster ter hoogte van de voormalige paardenstal. In het interieur is de originele enkelvoudige balklaag bewaard gebleven en de hoge schoorsteen van de kachel in het woongedeelte.

Description component 7: COACHHOUSE.
Near the main building stands a coachhouse constructed on a rectangular floor plan in brick from the first quarter of the 20th century of one storey under a saddle roof covered with tiles. In this building were housed spaces for the coaches, a horse stable and a coachman's residence. The gable facing the main building has two lightly arched double carriage doors (now with glass) with narrow fanlight; the gable end on the west side has an eccentrically placed entrance door with six-light fanlight; to the left of it a wooden multi-light window and to the right two lightly arched iron windows with glazing bars; in the apex two windows; the east facade has three lightly arched windows with glazing bars and an apex window. The rear facade with three wooden multi-light windows at the height of the former coachman's residence, a small window and an iron glazing bar window at the height of the former horse stable. In the interior the original single beam layer has been preserved and the high chimney of the stove in the residential section.
