Omschrijving onderdeel 4: (Poppenallee 25) TUINMANSWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats Mataram.
Op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken rood bakstenen dienstwoning uit het eerste kwart van de 20ste eeuw van één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt zadeldak met windveren aan de kopgevels; op de nok een gemetselde schoorsteen. De parallel aan de hoofdlaan gelegen kopse voorgevel heeft twee meerruits vensters met luiken en in de top twee vensters van kleiner formaat; toegangsdeur in de linker langsgevel; dubbele tuindeur in de rechter langsgevel. Boven alle gevelopeningen een strekkenlaag.

Description of component 4: (Poppenallee 25) GARDENER'S COTTAGE belonging to the country estate Mataram.
A red brick service dwelling on a rectangular ground plan from the first quarter of the 20th century of one storey under a gabled roof tiled with suppressed pans with wind vanes at the gable ends; a rendered chimney on the ridge. The gable front running parallel to the main avenue has two multi-light windows with shutters and at the top two windows of smaller format; entrance door in the left long side; double garden door in the right long side. Above all facade openings a string course.
