Omschrijving onderdeel 4. Tuinmanswoning.
Uit gele baksteen opgetrokken tuinmanswoning van omstreeks 1870 van een bouwlaag en een kapverdieping hoog onder een met grijze pannen belegd zadeldak. De naar het noordoosten gerichte voorgevel is symmetrisch van indeling met een deur in het midden en zesruitsvensters aan weerskanten. Linkerzij- en achtergevel met zesruits vensters. In het inwendige een middengang met aan het eind een trap naar boven. Rechts een kamer over de hele diepte met schouw, links is de ruimte door een dwarse muur in tweeën gedeeld. Het huis is niet onderkelderd. Op de kapverdieping zijn kamertjes afgescheiden door wanden.
Waardering
De tuinmanswoning behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Vredenoord is van belang:
- wegens de ouderdom;
- als voorbeeld van een eenvoudige dienstwoning uit het laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw;

Description component 4. Gardener's dwelling.
Gardener's dwelling built of yellow brick from around 1870, one storey and a garret storey high, under a gabled roof covered with grey tiles. The northeast-facing front facade is symmetrical in layout with a door in the middle and six-pane windows on either side. Left side and rear facade with six-pane windows. Inside a central corridor with a staircase at the end. On the right a room extending the full depth with a fireplace, on the left the space is divided in two by a transverse wall. The house has no cellar. In the garret storey small rooms are separated by partitions.
Valuation
The gardener's dwelling belonging to the historic country estate Vredenoord is of importance:
