Omschrijving
Onderdeel 3, koetshuis (Zuiderzeestraatweg 417, op de kaart aangegeven met nr. 3) Gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond van één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder afgeplat schilddak met blauwe platte pannen (Tuiles du Nord). De gevels zijn bij een restauratie in de jaren zeventig van de 20ste eeuw van hun pleisterlaag ontdaan en op een aantal plaatsen, met gebruikmaking van oude elementen, opnieuw ingedeeld. De indeling van de voorgevel die op het voorplein uitziet is met een getoogde middendeur, geflankeerd door twee vensters. De beide dakkapellen zijn het product van de restauratie in 1972. De linkerzijgevel heeft voor de helft de oorspronkelijke indeling bewaard met een dubbel openslaande deur en een half kruiskozijn met keldervenster daaronder. De deur met bovenlicht en beide vensters links daarvan zijn producten van de restauratie in 1972. De achtergevel is opnieuw ingedeeld met vensters en een deur. Het voorste deel diende als stalling, berging en (waarschijnlijk) koetsierswoning. In het achterste gedeelte was de paardenstal. De getoogde deuren in de voorgevel openen op een met klinkers bestrate ruimte waar de rijtuigen gestald werden. Links daarvan was de tuigkamer met een toegangsdeur in de linkerzijgevel. Achter de berging of tuigkamer bevindt zich een kleine onderkelderde opkamer die toegankelijk is vanuit de stal. De kelder is overkluisd met een tongewelf evenwijdig aan de voorgevel. De voormalige paardenstal bezit nog een aantal natuurstenen drinkbakken. De zolder was als hooiopslag in gebruik. In de zoldervloer luiken om het hooi naar beneden te werpen.

Description
Component 3, coach house (Zuiderzeestraatweg 417, marked on the map with no. 3) Building on rectangular plan of one storey and a roof storey under a hipped roof with blue flat tiles (Tuiles du Nord). The facades were stripped of their plaster during a restoration in the 1970s and in a number of places, using old elements, redesigned. The arrangement of the front facade facing onto the forecourt has an arched central door, flanked by two windows. Both roof dormers are the product of the 1972 restoration. The left side gable has retained the original arrangement for half its length with a pair of double doors and a half cross window with a cellar window below. The door with fanlight and both windows to the left of it are products of the 1972 restoration. The rear facade has been redesigned with windows and a door. The right side gable is, except for a small window, blind. The arrangement of the coach house was not altered during the restoration. The front part served as stabling, storage and (probably) coachman's dwelling. In the rear section was the horse stable. The arched doors in the front facade open onto a space paved with clinker bricks where the carriages were stored. To the left of this was the harness room with an access door in the left side gable. Behind the storage or harness room is a small cellar chamber accessible from the stable. The cellar is vaulted with a barrel vault parallel to the front facade. The former horse stable still has a number of natural stone drinking troughs. The attic was used for hay storage. In the attic floor are hatches to lower the hay.
