Op het eiland in de grote vijver gelegen en via drie bruggen toegankelijk TUINPAVILJOEN of jagershuis, oorspronkelijk een achtzijdig paviljoen met duiventil uit het begin van de 19de eeuw dat in 1868 is vergroot met lagere zijvleugels. Ver overstekend dak dat door houten Dorische zuilen wordt opgevangen en daardoor de functie van galerij heeft gekregen. Zesruits vensters met gebogen bovenlicht met spaakroedenverdeling. Luiken geschilderd in de kleuren van Enghuizen. Achter het huis staat een eenvoudige stenen schuur uit het eind van de 19de eeuw onder zadeldak met rondboog vensters en deuren.

GARDEN PAVILION or hunting lodge situated on the island in the large pond and accessible via three bridges, originally an octagonal pavilion with dove loft from the early 19th century which was enlarged in 1868 with lower side wings. Far projecting roof which is supported by wooden Doric columns and thereby has taken on the function of a gallery. Six-pane windows with curved fanlight with spoke glazing bars. Shutters painted in the colours of Enghuizen. Behind the house stands a simple stone shed from the end of the 19th century under a gabled roof with round-arch windows and doors.
Valuation
The GARDEN PAVILION is of importance:

- as a characteristic example of a garden pavilion combined with dovecote which was later expanded into a dwelling;
- as a visually dominant and characteristic component of the estate;
