Omschrijving onderdeel 3
Voormalige ORANGERIE MET AANGRENZENDE MOESTUINMUREN EN HEKWERKEN (eerste helft 19de eeuw). Op de Hottingerkaart van 1783 staat op die plaats al een gebouw weergegeven. Omstreeks 1950 is de oranjerie bestemd als woonhuis. De voormalige oranjerie is opgetrokken van rode baksteen, is symmetrisch van opzet en bestaat uit een risalerende middentravee met aan weerszijden een lager dak afgesloten linker- en rechtertravee. Aan weerszijden van de voormalige oranjerie grenst de tuinmuur van rode baksteen, beëindigd met een muizentandlijst en ezelsrugafdekking. Op de hoeken gebosseerd gemetselde pijlers, afgedekt met een natuurstenen plaat. De muur wordt onderbroken door hekwerken met ijzeren spijlen.

Former ORANGERY WITH ADJOINING VEGETABLE GARDEN WALLS AND RAILINGS (first half of 19th century). On the Hottinger map of 1783 a building is already shown at that location. Around 1950 the orangery was converted for use as a dwelling. The former orangery is constructed of red brick, is symmetrical in layout and consists of a projecting central bay with a lower roof on both sides closing off left and right bays. On both sides of the former orangery the vegetable garden wall of red brick abuts, finished with a brick dentil course and ridge-tile coping. On the corners bosses of brickwork with pillars, topped with a stone plate. The wall is interrupted by railings with iron spikes.
