Aan de zuidkant van het boerderijcomplex, dat zelf niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komt, ligt aan de Vlootbeek de zogenoemde TIENDSCHUUR uit het midden van de 19de eeuw. In het linkerdeel van de schuur is een paardenstal ondergebracht. Het is een uit rode baksteen opgetrokken gebouw met leemvoegen onder een met rode pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de lange gevel aan binnenplaatszijde bevinden zich twee ingangen met gedrukte boog, twee vensters met roedeverdeling en een kleine deur ter hoogte van de paardenstal. Het interieur van zes vakken breed heeft een onbeschoten kap. De grenenhouten kapspanten staan op gemetselde muurstijlen.

On the south side of the farm complex, which itself is not eligible for protection, lies on the Vlootbeek the so-called TITHE BARN from the middle of the 19th century. In the left section of the barn a horse stable is housed. It is a building constructed from red brick with lime mortar joints, covered with a gabled roof tiled with red tiles. In the long facade on the courtyard side there are two entrances with depressed arch, two windows with glazing bar divisions and a small door at the height of the horse stable. The interior of six bays wide has an exposed roof structure. The pine wood roof trusses rest on masoned wall posts.
