Omschrijving onderdeel 3
Omstreeks 1900 gebouwd BADHUISJE ten behoeve van de arbeiders op het landgoed. Het bakstenen gebouwtje staat op een rechthoekige plattegrond, is drie traveeën breed en één bouwlaag hoog onder zadeldak met schoorsteen. De middenrisaliet heeft een trapgevel. Hierin bevindt zich de toegang met gedrukte boog. Te weerszijden van de toegang een venster, eveneens met gedrukte boog. In de boogvelden bevinden zich gecementeerde voorstellingen van een perelaar (rechts), eikenlover (boven de deur) en een appelaar (links). In de trapgevel een muuranker met de initialen H.G. (Henri Geradts). De achtergevel heeft drie lichtgetoogde vensters. In de beide topgevels en in de trapgevel een rond licht. In het interieur loopt een gang evenwijdig aan de voorgevel. Daarachter zijn drie ruimtes waarin zich oorspronkelijk een toilet, een kleedruimte en een badruimte met stookketel (voor het water dat uit de Leigraaf kwam), bevonden.

Bathhouse built around 1900 for the benefit of the workers on the estate. The brick building stands on a rectangular plan, is three bays wide and one storey high under a gabled roof with chimney. The central risalit has a stepped gable. Within it is located the entrance with a depressed arch. On either side of the entrance a window, likewise with a depressed arch. In the spandrels are cemented representations of a pear tree (right), oak leaves (above the door) and an apple tree (left). In the stepped gable an ornamental wall anchor with the initials H.G. (Henri Geradts). The rear facade has three light-arched windows. In both gable ends and in the stepped gable a round light. In the interior a hallway runs parallel to the front facade. Behind it are three spaces which originally contained a toilet, a changing room and a bathing room with a heating boiler (for water that came from the Leigraaf).
