Sluisje in de Zieversbeek, een keermuur bestaande uit baksteen en betonreparatie, de andere keermuur verkeerd in vervallen staat; de sluisbodem is belegd met baksteen; als afsluitmiddel diende een om een verticale as draaiend houten deurtje.
Waardering
Het sluisje in de Zieversbeek vertegenwoordigt algemeen belang want:
- het bezit ouderdomswaarde: het dateert in oorsprong waarschijnlijk uit de 18de eeuw; - het sluisje heeft betekenis voor de geschiedenis van de waterhuishouding in relatie tot de molenfunctie; - het sluisje vervult een essentiele en historische rol in het voortbestaan en in de functie van het complex, in het bijzonder van de molen; - de ruimtelijke, visuele, functionele en historische betrekking tot de Volmolen of watermolen Frankenhof en tot de stuwvijvers en Zieversbeek is dermate goed leesbaar dat sprake is van betekenis voor de geschiedenis van het cultuurlandschap en voor de geschiedenis van het vroegere gebruik van waterkracht; - het sluisje is vrij gaaf bewaard gebleven.

Description
Sluice in the Zieversbeek, a weir consisting of brick and concrete repair, the other weir in a state of disrepair; the sluice floor is lined with brick; as a closing mechanism a wooden door rotating about a vertical axis was used.

The sluice in the Zieversbeek is of general interest because:
- it possesses age value: it dates in origin probably from the 18th century;
- the sluice is of significance for the history of water management in relation to the mill function;
- the sluice fulfils an essential and historical role in the continued existence and function of the complex, in particular of the mill;
- the spatial, visual, functional and historical relationship to the Volmolen or water mill Frankenhof and to the storage ponds and Zieversbeek is so clearly legible that it is of significance for the history of the cultural landscape and for the history of the former use of water power;
