De molenaarswoning maakt samen met de incomplete molen deel uit van het molencomplex "Fakkert".

De bakstenen molenaarswoning is opgebouwd uit twee delen: een dwars geplaatst voorhuis en een achterhuis (voormalige stal). In het midden van de voorgevel van het dwarshuis bevindt zich de ingang. Aan weerszijden hiervan zijn vier schuifvensters met in het bovenlicht glas-in-lood ramen. Aan de achterzijde van het voorhuis zijn links en rechts - waarschijnlijk in de jaren dertig - naar achteren toe twee uitbouwtjes met een plat dak gebouwd, die nog gedeeltelijk doorlopen in het achterhuis. In het met blauwe Friese pannen bedekte schilddak zijn in het midden een dakkapel en op de hoeken van de nok twee schoorstenen geplaatst. In de voorgevel en de zijgevels bevinden zich enkele niet oorspronkelijke dakvensters. Het achterhuis, dat bedekt is met Oudhollandse pannen, heeft een bedrijfsmatig karakter. Description
The brick miller's dwelling is constructed in two parts: a transverse front house and a rear house (former stable). In the centre of the front facade of the transverse house is the entrance. On either side of this are four sash windows with leaded glass windows in the fanlights. On the rear side of the front house, two small extensions with flat roofs were built towards the rear on the left and right - probably in the nineteen-thirties - which still partly extend into the rear house. In the hipped roof covered with blue Frisian tiles, a roof dormer is placed in the middle and two chimneys at the corners of the ridge. In the front facade and the side facades are some non-original roof windows. The rear house, covered with Dutch tiles, has a commercial character. The rear facade has a barn door with an elongated semicircular window on both sides. A stable door is placed on the right side. Above the barn door is a hayloft door.
