Omschrijving onderdeel 3.
Agrarisch BIJGEBOUW (stalgebouw), 1886, op een rechthoekig grondplan afgedekt door een zadeldak met rode Oudhollandse pannen. Mastgoten langs de lange zijgevels. Aan voor- en achtergevel heeft het dak een bescheiden overstek en afwerking met eenvoudige windveren. De in gele baksteen opgetrokken gevels, voorzien van een gecementeerde plint, worden verlevendigd door in rode baksteen uitgevoerde strekken en ontlastingsbogen boven vensters, deuren en laadopeningen. In de gevels eenvoudige opgeklampte deuren of luiken met smeedijzeren gehengen en ijzeren stalramen met roedeverdeling. De gevelindeling komt oorspronkelijk overeen met de inwendige indeling van het gebouw. Voor- en achtergevels zijn puntgevels met een symmetrische indeling, met in het midden een enkele deur met bovenlicht waarboven een hooiluik met keperboogvormig bovenlicht (in de achtergevel gewijzigd). Deze middenpartij wordt geflankeerd door liggende stalramen met ijzeren roedenverdeling. De rechter zijgevel bezit enkele deuren met bovenlicht en geheel rechts dubbele inrijdeuren. De linker zijgevel heeft een serie stalraampjes zoals in de voor- en achtergevel en verder twee stuks laag in de gevel geplaatste houten luiken.
Inwendig bestaat de constructie uit een in de gevels opgelegde enkelvoudige balklaag waarover vloerdelen en op de (hooi)zolder een eenvoudige kapconstructie met schaarspanten met kreupele stijlen.
Waardering
Agrarisch BIJGEBOUW, 1886, van algemeen belang wegens cultuurhistorische waarde en ensemblewaarde als goed bewaard gebleven stalgebouw, dat in materiaalgebruik en constructie typisch laat negentiende eeuws is, vanwege de historisch-functionele situering op het erf en de ruimtelijke en functionele samenhang met de overige opstallen.

Agricultural OUTBUILDING (stable building), 1886, on a rectangular ground plan covered by a gabled roof with red Oudhollandse tiles. Gutter channels along the long side gables. At front and rear gable the roof has a modest overhang and finishing with simple bargeboards. The gables erected in yellow brick, provided with a cemented plinth, are enlivened by stretches executed in red brick and relieving arches above windows, doors and loading openings. In the gables simple bolted doors or shutters with wrought-iron hinges and iron stable windows with glazing bars. The gable layout originally corresponds to the internal layout of the building. Front and rear gables are step gables with symmetrical layout, with a single door with fanlight in the middle above which is a hay door with herringbone-arch-shaped fanlight (altered in the rear gable). This central section is flanked by horizontal stable windows with iron glazing bars. The right side gable has several doors with fanlights and at the far right double entrance doors. The left side gable has a series of stable windowpanes as in the front and rear gables and further two wooden shutters placed low in the gable.
Internally the construction consists of a simple beam layer laid in the gables over which floor panels and on the (hay) loft a simple roof truss structure with principal rafters with short struts.
Valuation
Agricultural OUTBUILDING, 1886, is of public interest on account of its cultural-historical value and ensemble value as a well-preserved stable building that in its material use and construction is typical of the late nineteenth century, on account of its historic-functional position on the farmyard and the spatial and functional coherence with the other outbuildings.
