Omschrijving onderdeel 2.
Agrarisch BIJGEBOUW (stalgebouw), XIXb, opgetrokken in gele IJsselsteen (kruisverband) op rechthoekig grondplan onder een schilddak met korte nok, belegd met rode Oudhollandse pannen.
De naar het erf gerichte oostgevel is een afgeplatte topgevel, waarvan de aanzet van de geveltop voorzien is van een vlechting en de schouders van de gevel met plavuizen zijn afgedekt. De gevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld met in het midden een eenvoudige opgeklampte staldeur met gehengen waarboven een hooiluik. Aan de geveluiteinden kleinere staldeuren. In de gevels diverse, aan de bovenzijde met rollagen afgesloten, raamopeningen. In de rechter zijgevel twee halfronde stalramen en een klein segmentboogvormig afgesloten raampje. In de achtergevel behalve stalramen mestluiken ter hoogte van de mestgoten in het interieur. Tegen de blinde linker zijgevel een aangebouwde wagenberging waarvan alleen de linker zijgevel en achtergevel resteren.
Het interieur heeft een driebeukige indeling gevormd door twee grenenhouten onderslagbalken op elk twee standvinken, waarop een enkelvoudige balklaag rust die in de zijgevels is opgelegd. Eenvoudige kapconstructie van rondhouten spanten, kepers en sporen. In vloer mest- en voergoten.

Agrarisch BIJGEBOUW, XIXb, van algemeen belang wegens cultuurhistorische waarde en ensemblewaarde als goed bewaard gebleven stalgebouw kenmerkend voor de eerste helft van de negentiende eeuw, vanwege de historisch-functionele situering op het erf en de ruimtelijke en functionele samenhang met de overige opstallen.

Agricultural OUTBUILDING (stable building), second half of 19th century, erected in yellow IJsselsteen (cross bond) on a rectangular ground plan under a hipped roof with short ridge, covered with red Oudhollandse tiles.
The east gable facing the farmyard is a truncated step gable, the base of which is provided with basketwork weaving and the shoulders of the gable are capped with tiles. The gable is symmetrically laid out with a simple bolted stable door with hinges in the middle, above which is a hay door. Smaller stable doors at the gable ends. In the gables various window openings, closed at the top with roll mouldings. In the right side gable two semi-circular stable windows and a small segmental arch-shaped windowpane. In the rear gable, in addition to stable windows, dung doors at the level of the dung gutters inside. Against the blind left side gable a built-on cart shed of which only the left side gable and rear gable remain.
The interior has a three-aisle layout formed by two pine-wood braced tie beams on two posts each, upon which a simple beam layer rests which is laid in the side gables. Simple roof truss structure of round timbers, rafters and collar ties. Floor with dung and fodder gutters.
Valuation
Agricultural OUTBUILDING, second half of 19th century, is of public interest on account of its cultural-historical value and ensemble value as a well-preserved stable building characteristic of the first half of the nineteenth century, on account of its historic-functional position on the farmyard and the spatial and functional coherence with the other outbuildings.
