Omschrijving onderdeel 1: MOLENAARSWONING, ACHTERHUIS, AANGEBOUWDE SCHUUR EN OLIEKELDERS.
Ter plaatste van het in 2009 door brand verwoeste molenrestant bevinden zich onder de grond nog de OLIEKELDERS. In het noordoosten staat de MOLENAARSWONING met ACHTERHUIS. Het uit twee bouwlagen bestaande stenen molenaarshuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en is voorzien van een zadeldak met aan de noordoostzijde en de zuidwestzijde een wolfseind dat is gedekt met dakpannen. De ingang bevindt zich in de noordoostgevel. Het eveneens stenen achterhuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en is voorzien van een zadeldak dat is gedekt met dakpannen. Zowel de goothoogte als de nokhoogte van het achterhuis liggen lager dan die van de molenaarswoning. Het muurwerk van zowel de molenaarswoning als het achterhuis is grijs geschilderd. Aan de zuidwestkant staat een stenen schuur met een rechthoekige plattegrond voorzien van een zadeldak, dat is gedekt met dakpannen.
