Omschrijving onderdeel 2: MOLENSCHUUR.
De stenen MOLENSCHUUR heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en is voorzien van een zadeldak dat is gedekt met dakpannen. Het dakvlak aan de zuidwestzijde is geknikt uitgevoerd. In de kopgevel aan de zuidoostzijde zijn een grote schuifdeur en een normale toegangsdeur aanwezig. Aan de noordwestkant staat tegen de molenschuur een recentelijk gebouwde woning, die niet onder de werking van de Monumentenwet valt.
Waardering
De MOLENSCHUUR is van algemeen belang uit typologisch en bouwtechnisch-historisch oogpunt als functioneel onderdeel van het oliemolencomplex 'De Eendragt'.

Description
Description component 2: MILL BARN.
The stone MILL BARN has a rectangular plan and is furnished with a gabled roof which is covered with roof tiles. The roof plane on the southwest side is executed with a bend. In the gable end on the southeast side a large sliding door and a normal access door are present. On the northwest side there stands against the mill barn a recently built house, which does not fall under the operation of the Heritage Act.
Valuation
The MILL BARN is of general importance from a typological and building-technical-historical point of view as a functional component of the oil mill complex 'De Eendragt'.
