Omschrijving
MAALDERIJGEBOUW MET TWEE AANBOUWEN. Het uit twee bouwlagen bestaande stenen maalderijgebouw met rechthoekige plattegrond is voorzien van een plat dak. Op het platte dak van het maalderijgebouw staat aan de rechterzijde een kleine rechthoekige opbouw. Het maalderijgebouw is voorzien van diverse vensters. In de voorgevel is een kleine en een grote toegangsdeur opgenomen. Ter hoogte van de verdieping zijn eveneens twee deurkozijnen opgenomen. Tegen de linkergevel en tegen de achtergevel is het maalderijgebouw voorzien van stenen aanbouwen. Beide aanbouwen hebben een rechthoekige plattegrond en zijn voorzien van een zadeldak dat is gedekt met dakpannen. In het maalderijgebouw zijn restanten aanwezig van de vroegere mechanische inrichting.

Het maalderijgebouw met twee aanbouwen is van algemeen belang uit typologisch en bouwtechnisch-historisch oogpunt als functioneel onderdeel van het complex aan de Gorsselse Enkweg.

GRIST MILL BUILDING WITH TWO EXTENSIONS. The stone grist mill building consisting of two storeys with rectangular floor plan is provided with a flat roof. On the flat roof of the grist mill building stands a small rectangular structure on the right-hand side. The grist mill building is provided with various windows. In the front facade a small and a large entrance door are incorporated. At the height of the first floor two door frames are also incorporated. Against the left-hand facade and against the rear facade the grist mill building is provided with stone extensions. Both extensions have a rectangular floor plan and are provided with a gabled roof that is covered with roof tiles. In the grist mill building remnants are present of the former mechanical installation.
Valuation
The grist mill building with two extensions is of general importance from a typological and construction-historical point of view as a functional component of the complex on the Gorsselse Enkweg.
