Omschrijving
MOLENAARSHUIS. Het stenen molenaarshuis met een onregelmatige T-vormige plattegrond is voorzien van een schilddak dat is gedekt met dakpannen. De voorgevel van het molenaarshuis is asymmetrisch ingedeeld. Het is voorzien van drie zes-ruits vensters met aan weerszijden van elk venster een uitwendig luik. Tussen de twee meest linkse vensters bevindt zich het voordeurkozijn met een twee-ruitsvenster boven de deur. In de voorgevel zijn recht boven de drie zes-ruits vensters drie lage rechthoekige vensters opgenomen. De voorgevel en de beide zijgevels zijn voorzien van een horizontale band boven de vensters. De T-vormige uitbouw aan de achterzijde is voorzien van een zadeldak met wolfseind dat is gedekt met dakpannen. De binnenhoek linksachter in de T-vormige plattegrond is dichtgebouwd met een éénlaagse stenen aanbouw die is voorzien van een plat dak. Het interieur van het molenaarshuis is voorzien van authentieke elementen.

MILLER'S HOUSE. The stone miller's house with an irregular T-shaped floor plan is provided with a hipped roof that is covered with roof tiles. The front facade of the miller's house is asymmetrically arranged. It is provided with three six-pane windows with an external shutter on either side of each window. Between the two leftmost windows is the front door frame with a two-pane window above the door. In the front facade three low rectangular windows are incorporated directly above the three six-pane windows. The front facade and both side gables are provided with a horizontal band above the windows. The T-shaped extension on the rear is provided with a gabled roof with half-hipped end that is covered with roof tiles. The inner corner bottom left in the T-shaped floor plan is built up with a single-storey stone extension that is provided with a flat roof. The interior of the miller's house is provided with authentic elements.
Valuation
The miller's house is of general importance from a typological and construction-historical point of view as a functional component of the complex on the Gorsselse Enkweg.
