Omschrijving onderdeel 5: DIENSTWONING.
Kleine bakstenen dienstwoning onder met rode pannen gedekt schilddak uit omstreeks 1832. De woning, die terzijde van het hoofdgebouw en aan de Roptavaart is gelegen, vertoont aan de voor (ZO-)zijde twee 9-ruits schuifvensters en aan de naar het erf gerichte zijde drie 6-ruitsvenster in een enkel kozijn.

De DIENSTWONING op de buitenplaats Roptastate is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang

Description component 5: SERVICE DWELLING.
Small brick service dwelling under a hipped roof covered with red tiles from circa 1832. The dwelling, which is situated to the side of the main house and on the Roptavaart, displays on the front (SE-)side two 9-pane sash windows and on the side facing the courtyard three 6-pane windows in a single frame.
