Voormalig KOETSHUIS annex WAGENSCHUUR, deel uitmakend van het boerderijcomplex 'Bergwijck'.
Omschrijving
Koetshuis/wagenschuur bestaande uit een bouwlaag en een gedeeltelijke kapverdieping (hooizolder), opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het gebouw is voor iets meer dan de helft (gedeelte aan Boezemvaartzijde) opgebouwd uit baksteen, terwijl het achterste gedeelte in hout is opgetrokken. Het zadeldak is met pannen gedekt. De representatieve voorgevel is gestuct en het dak is afgewerkt met geschulpte windveren. De voorgevel bevat in het midden dubbele openslaande houten deuren. De deuren hebben een drievlaksverdeling met onder en boven kleine vakken met latwerk (onder diagonaal, boven verticaal) en in het midden een groter vak voorzien van siertraliewerk. De deuren zijn bevestigd met smeedijzeren kruisgehengen. Boven de deuren een houten ventilatiestrip met eenvoudig houtsnijwerk. De houten deuromlijsting is licht getoogd. De zuidelijke stenen zijgevel is opgetrokken in witte baksteen met enkele banden van rode baksteen en bevat een deur en drie verschillende rechthoekige vensters. De noordelijke stenen zijgevel is opgetrokken in witte baksteen en bevat links een horizontaal in tweeen gedeelde lattendeur met smeedijzeren gehengen en rechts een rondboogvenster met zesvlaks stalen roedenverdeling. De houten achtergevel bevat in de topgevel (met horizontale planken beschoten) een deuropening ter hoogte van de hooizolder. De situatie op de begane grond lijkt gewijzigd.

Description
Carriage house/wagon shed consisting of one storey and a partial roof space (hay loft), erected on a rectangular plan. The building is constructed for slightly more than half of it (section on the Boezem waterway side) in brick, while the rear section is built in wood. The gabled roof is covered in tiles. The representative front facade is rendered and the roof is finished with decorative scalloped wind vanes. The front facade contains in the centre double hinged wooden doors. The doors have a three-part division with small compartments with latticework below and above (below diagonal, above vertical) and in the centre a larger compartment fitted with ornamental trellis work. The doors are fastened with wrought-iron cross hinges. Above the doors a wooden ventilation strip with simple woodcarving. The wooden door frame is slightly arched. The southern brick side facade is built in white brick with some bands of red brick and contains a door and three different rectangular windows. The northern brick side facade is built in white brick and contains on the left a horizontally divided lath door with wrought-iron hinges and on the right a round-arched window with six-part steel glazing bars. The wooden rear facade contains in the gable (covered with horizontal boarding) a door opening at the height of the hay loft. The situation on the ground floor appears to have been altered.
