Winkelwoonhuis in smal langgerekt bouwvolume onder zadeldak met een wolfseinde, gebouwd in ambachtelijk-traditionele trant en daterend uit XVIIIB. Het pand is gelegen in de kom van het dorp aan een kruising van wegen.
Omschrijving
Eenlaags winkelwoonhuis boven een gepleisterde, grijs geschilderde plint opgetrokken in kruisverband met oranjebruine handgevormde baksteen van groot formaat. Het is links aangebouwd tegen het belendende pand en staat rechts vrij. Het zadeldak, dat rechts iets is afgewolfd, is gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse golfpannen. Zowel het woonhuis links ( 37) als de winkel rechts (39) hebben een eigen gemetselde schoorsteen op de nok. De voorgevel van het woonhuis is onregelmatig ingedeeld. Aan weerszijden van de vernieuwde voordeur met gedeeld bovenlicht en gepleisterde omlijsting bevinden zich twee vensters met tweeruits schuifraam en achtruits bovenlicht in geprofileerde kozijnen. Onder en boven rollagen. In de kozijnen zitten duimen. Drie van de vier vensters hebben lekdorpels. Door de voorgevel heen steken twee opgelegde balkkoppen. Both the dwelling on the left (37) and the shop on the right (39) have their own brick chimney on the ridge. The front facade of the dwelling is irregularly arranged. On either side of the renewed front door with divided fanlight and rendered surround are two windows with two-light sash windows and bottom-light fanlight in moulded frames.
