Inleiding
Vrijstaande SCHUUR met dwarsdeel, daterend uit XVIII en opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-traditionele trant, behorend bij een krukhuisboerderij.
Omschrijving
De vrijstaande schuur met dwarsdeel op rechthoekige plattegrond onder laag afhangend schilddak is gedekt met golfplaat. De wanden zijn deels gepotdekseld, deels gerabat en geteerd. Uiterst rechts bevinden zich grote dubbele deeldeuren onder een lichte overstek. De lange gevel links is rond 1900 in paarsbruine steen in kruisverband vernieuwd en iets naar buiten verplaatst. Twee getoogde ijzeren stalramen, staldeur. Voor de gevel een betonnen mestbak. Inwendig een viertal eiken ankerbalkgebinten, waarvan één stijl in de buitengevel zichtbaar is en als deurpost dient.
Waardering
De vrijstaande schuur met dwarsdeel uit XVIII is van algemeen belang. Het pand heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van een sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, als onderdeel van een zich in de loop der tijd uitbreidend en verjongend boerderijcomplex. Het pand heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de in- en uitwendig gaaf behouden hoofdstructuur en het traditionele materiaalgebruik alsmede vanwege onderdelen van het interieur. Het heeft samen met de bijbehorende krukboerderij en erfbeplanting ensemblewaarde wegens de verbondenheid met de historisch-ruimtelijke ontwikkeling van het dorp en is straatbeeldbepalend.

Description
The detached barn with transverse section on rectangular floor plan under low sloping hipped roof is covered with corrugated sheet. The walls are partly clad with barrel tiles and tar, partly roughcast and tarred. At the far right there are large double transverse doors under a light overhang. The long gable on the left was renewed around 1900 in purplish-brown brick in cross bond and moved slightly outward. Two segmental-arched iron stable windows, stable door. In front of the gable a concrete manure pit. Internally a series of four oak anchor-beam frames, one post of which is visible in the outer gable and serves as a door post.
Valuation
The detached barn with transverse section from the 18th century is of general importance. The property has cultural-historical value as a particular expression of a socio-economic development, as part of a farmstead complex that has expanded and been rejuvenated over time. The property has architectural-historical value because of the well-preserved main structure both inside and out and the traditional use of materials as well as because of components of the interior.
