Inleiding:
BOERDERIJ uit ca. 1900. De boerderij ligt op de kop vaneen diep rechthoekig perceel. De boerderij zelf heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond waarvande voorgevel op het zuidoosten, loodrecht op de straat staatmet de nokrichting parallel aan de straat. Op het erf staat een schuur onder zadeldak met wolfseinden,deze behoort echter niet tot de bescherming.

Boerderij onder wolfsdak, gedeeltelijk gedekt met riet en oud-Hollandse pannen. De voorgevel is drie travee%n breed met devoordeur in het midden. De getoogde muuropeningen zijnvoorzien van zesruits schuifvensters met luiken. Boven deopgeklampte voordeur van kraaldelen met spiegelklampen in hetbovenlicht een gietijzeren levensboom. Onder het rietenwolfseind in de gevel een klein zoldervenster met kruisroede. In de lage straatgevel een bolkozijn met roedenvensters enluiken en een gietijzeren stalraam met spinnenkop. Aan deachterzijde van de boerderij is de staldeur vervangen door eenpui.
Het opgaande werk bestaat uit handgevormde baksteen gemetseldin kruisverband, voorzien van een cementen plint.

De boerderij is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als herinnering aan de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de kleinschalige landbouw voorafgaande aan de grootschalige Peelontginningen, tevens is het een goed voorbeeld van het type van de kortgevelboerderij. Het is als zodanig zeer zeldzaam.

FARM from around 1900. The farm is situated at the head of a deep rectangular plot. The farm itself has a rectangular floor plan with the front facade facing the south-east, perpendicular to the street with the ridge direction parallel to the street. On the farmyard stands a barn under a saddle roof with half-hipped ends, however this does not form part of the protection.
Description:
Farm under a half-hipped roof, partially covered with thatch and old-Dutch tiles. The front facade is three bays wide with the front door in the centre. The arched wall openings are fitted with six-pane sash windows with shutters. Above the corbelled front door of bead parts with mirror clamps in the fanlight a cast-iron tree of life. Below the thatched half-hipped end in the facade a small attic window with cross-glazing. In the low street facade a bulging window with glazing bars and windows and shutters and a cast-iron stable window with spider-web pattern. On the rear side of the farm the stable door has been replaced by a facade.
The structure consists of hand-moulded brick laid in a header and stretcher bond, fitted with a cement plint.
Valuation:
The farm is of general importance because of its cultural-historical value as a reminder of the socio-economic development of small-scale agriculture preceding the large-scale peat excavations, and it is also a good example of the short-gable farm type. As such it is very rare.
