Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 3: (op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 3) BOUWHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Boom en Bosch. Ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw een bouwhuis dat na de restauratie van 1979-81 in gebruik is genomen als kantoorruimte. Het wit gepleisterde gebouw op rechthoekige grondslag bestaat uit twee bouwlagen en een zolder onder een afgeplat schilddak gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. Het pand is rondom op beide verdiepingen voorzien van empirevensters, deels schuivend, deels draaibaar en deels voorzien van persiennes. Voorts diverse eenvoudige toegangsdeuren met bovenlicht en een voormalige dubbele koetsdeur in de voorgevel. Het bouwhuis dateert uit de eerste helft van de 18de eeuw.

Description component 3: (indicated on the accompanying map with no. 3) BUILDING HOUSE belonging to the country estate Boom en Bosch. North of the main building a building house that after the restoration of 1979-81 was put into use as office space. The white plastered building on a rectangular ground plan consists of two storeys and an attic under a flattened hipped roof covered with smoked Dutch tiles. The building is provided all around on both floors with Empire windows, some sash, some casement and some equipped with shutters. Furthermore various simple access doors with fanlight and a former double carriage door in the front facade. The building house dates from the first half of the 18th century.
Valuation The BUILDING HOUSE belonging to the country estate Boom en Bosch is of general interest:
