Omschrijving onderdeel 3: ORANJERIE.
Achter het huis in de noordhoek van de aanleg staat een bakstenen oranjerie uit 1889. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pand met gepleisterde plint en kroonlijst bestaat uit een hoge bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met blauw geglazuurde pannen gedekt zadeldak met topgevels. De gevels zijn voorzien van hoeklisenen met banden van gele baksteen. Ook de strekken boven de gevelopeningen zijn voorzien van accenten in gele baksteen. In de zuidgevel bevinden zich vijf openslaande vensters met houten kozijnen en gietijzeren roeden in kruisverband, hardstenen onderdorpels en binnenluiken (schuifsysteem). In de oostgevel dubbele inrij(paneel)deuren, daarboven een driezijdig afgesloten topvenster met roedenverdeling; in de westgevel een houten deur en een luik; de noordgevel is blind uitgevoerd (in het verlengde van de tuinmuur).

De ORANJERIE is van algemeen belang:

Description of component 3: ORANGERY.
Behind the house in the north corner of the layout stands a brick orangery from 1889. The building erected on a rectangular ground plan with plastered plinth and cornice consists of one storey and a roof storey under a gabled roof covered with blue glazed tiles with top gables. The facades are provided with corner pilasters with bands of yellow brick. Also the stretches above the wall openings are provided with accents in yellow brick. In the south facade are five casement windows with wooden frames and cast iron glazing bars in cross-bond, hard stone lintels and internal shutters (sliding system). In the east facade double entrance (panel) doors, above them a three-sided closed top window with glazing bar division; in the west facade a wooden door and a shutter; the north facade is executed blank (in line with the garden wall).
