Omschrijving onderdeel 7.
DRINKBAKKEN (XXa) als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "de Menthenberg" gesitueerd aan de noord en oostzijde van het hoofdgebouw in de parkaanleg. De bakstenen drinkbakken met rechthoekige plattegrond zijn opgetrokken in kruisverband aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een rollaag. De binnenzijde van de bak inclusief de bovenkant is gecementeerd.
Waardering
De DRINKBAKKEN (XXa) zijn vanwege hun algemeen architectuur-, cultuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundige waarde van belang:
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie van de drinkbakken met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats, de ronde weiden in het bijzonder;
- vanwege de herkenbaarheid van de vorm, het toegepaste materiaal (baksteen) en constructie;
- vanwege de situering van de drinkbakken te midden van de ronde weiden bestemd voor vee als onderdeel van de parkaanleg.

DRINKING TROUGHS (XXa) as part of the historical country estate "de Menthenberg" situated on the north and east side of the main building in the park layout. The brick drinking troughs with rectangular footprint are built in running bond and closed at the top by a roll moulding. The interior of the trough including the top is rendered with cement.
Valuation
The DRINKING TROUGHS (XXa) are of importance due to their general architectural, cultural-historical and town-planning value:
- due to the functional-spatial relationship of the drinking troughs with the other components of the country estate, in particular the circular pastures;
- due to the recognisability of the form, the material used (brick) and construction;
