Omschrijving onderdeel 4.
TOEGANGSHEK als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "de Menthenberg" gesitueerd aan de oostzijde aan de Kemperbergerweg. Het toegangshek is samengesteld uit een centrale ingangspartij aan weerszijden geflankeerd door gebogen vleugels. De centrale ingangspartij bestaat uit twee gemetselde pijlers met natuurstenen basement, natuurstenen fries met natuurstenen afdekplaat met bekroning. Tussen de pijlers twee draaibare vleugels bestaande uit smeedijzeren spijlen. Links en rechts van de pijlers bevindt zich een kleinere smeedijzeren spijlen draaivleugel ten behoeve van de voetganger. Links en rechts wordt hierop aangesloten door een gemetseld en gecementeerd basement met ezelsrug met daarop een smeedijzeren spijlenhek tussen identieke lagere vierkante pijlers zonder bekroning. Links betreft het zes pijlers, rechts vier.
Waardering
TOEGANGSHEK aan de Kemperbergerweg (XIX/ XXa) is van algemeen architectuur-, cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:
- vanwege de herkenbaarheid van het toegangshekwerk vanwege de detaillering, de toegepaste materialen en constructie waarbij onder meer gebruik is gemaakt van natuursteen, baksteen en smeedijzer;
- vanwege de ouderdom van het toegangshek;
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie van het toegangshek met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats, de historische aanleg in het bijzonder.

Description of component 4.
ACCESS GATE as part of the historic country estate "de Menthenberg" situated on the east side on the Kemperbergerweg. The access gate is composed of a central entrance section flanked on either side by curved wings. The central entrance section consists of two moulded piers with natural stone basement, natural stone frieze with natural stone cover plate with coping. Between the piers two rotating wings consisting of wrought-iron spears. To the left and right of the piers there is a smaller wrought-iron spears rotating wing for pedestrians. To the left and right of this is connected by a moulded and cemented basement with saddle-back with a wrought-iron spear gate between identical lower square piers without coping. On the left this concerns six piers, on the right four.

ACCESS GATE on the Kemperbergerweg (XIX/XXa) is of general architectural, cultural-historical and town-planning importance:
- by virtue of the recognisability of the gate work by virtue of the detailing, the applied materials and construction which inter alia made use of natural stone, brick and wrought iron;
