Omschrijving onderdeel 5.
KAS met PITKAS (XIXB) en vier KOUDE BAKKEN (XXa) als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "de Menthenberg" gesitueerd ten westen van het hoofdgebouw. De kas is recent gerestaureerd, waarvan met name de onderbouw nog oorspronkelijk is. De glazen opbouw is gebaseerd op het oude ontwerp met een iets afwijkend glasformaat. Aan de oostzijde van de kas bevinden zich de resten van een voormalig pitkas, waarvan slechts een zijde nog overeind staat. Ten noordoosten van de kas haaks hierop bevinden zich vier koude bakken. De gemetselde put valt buiten de bescherming

KAS met PITKAS (XIXB) en vier KOUDE BAKKEN (XXa) is van algemeen architectuur-, cultuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundige waarde belang:

GREENHOUSE with PIT GREENHOUSE (XIXB) and four COLD FRAMES (XXa) as part of the historic country estate "de Menthenberg" situated to the west of the main building. The greenhouse has been recently restored, of which in particular the substructure is still original. The glazed superstructure is based on the old design with a slightly different glass format. On the east side of the greenhouse are the remains of a former pit greenhouse, of which only one side still stands. To the north-east of the greenhouse at right angles to this there are four cold frames. The moulded well falls outside the protection.
Valuation
GREENHOUSE with PIT GREENHOUSE (XIXB) and four COLD FRAMES (XXa) is of general architectural, cultural-historical and town-planning value importance:
