Omschrijving onderdeel 3.
KOETSHUIS als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "de Menthenberg" gesitueerd ten westen van en verbonden met het hoofdgebouw middels een gebogen stenen muur. Het koetshuis met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit een bouwlaag met een afgeplat/ omlopend schilddak met op de hoeken een gemetselde schoorsteen met afdekplaat. In het dakschild aan de zuidoostzijde bevinden zich drie regelmatig verdeelde dakkapellen identiek aan die van het hoofdgebouw aan de zuidwestzijde. Centraal in de zuidoostgevel bevindt zich een dubbele naar buitenslaande deur aan weerszijden geflankeerd door respectievelijk een smal segmentboogvormig venster met achtruits schuifraam (2x2+2), een groter segmentboogvormig venster met achtruits schuifraam (2x3+1) en een paneeldeur met vierruits segmentboogvormig bovenlicht. De zuidwestgevel is grotendeel gesloten met links in de gevel een venster en een deur met bovenlicht. Links tegen de noordwestgevel bevindt zich een eenlaagse aanbouw met plat dak, rechts bevindt zich een venster en tweemaal een deuropening met bovenlicht. Uiterst rechts bevindt zich een kleine aanbouw met plat dak. Voorheen bevond zich achter het koetshuis een boerderij waarvan de omtrek in het plaveisel nog herkenbaar is.

KOETSHUIS als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "de Menthenberg" gesitueerd ten westen van het huis is van algemeen architectuur-, cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:
- vanwege de herkenbaarheid van een koetshuis (XIX/XXa);
- vanwege de toegepaste vorm, materialen en constructie;
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie van het koetshuis met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats, het huis en de aanleg in het bijzonder;

Description of component 3.
COACH HOUSE as part of the historic country estate "de Menthenberg" situated to the west of and connected to the main building by means of a curved stone wall. The coach house with rectangular floor plan consists of one storey with a hipped roof with a moulded chimney and cover plate on the corners. In the roof slope on the south-east side there are three regularly distributed roof dormers identical to those of the main building on the south-west side. Centrally in the south-east facade there is a double outward-opening door flanked on either side by respectively a narrow segmented arch window with back-paned sash window (2x2+2), a larger segmented arch window with back-paned sash window (2x3+1) and a panel door with four-paned segmented arch fanlight. The south-west facade is largely closed with a window on the left in the facade and a door with fanlight. On the left against the north-west facade there is a single-storey extension with a flat roof, on the right there is a window and twice a door opening with fanlight. At the far right there is a small extension with a flat roof. Previously there was a farmhouse behind the coach house of which the outline is still recognisable in the paving.
