In de zuidoosthoek van het complex gelegen DUINBOERDERIJTJE uit 1795. Het boerderijtje ligt enkele tientallen meters van de Duinlustweg en is bereikbaar via een oprijlaan. De boerderij is tweebeukig met een dubbele topgevel, waarin zich de deur en de met roedeverdeelde vensters bevinden. In de top van de zuidgevel is een steen aangebracht met het jaartal 1795. In de top van de noordgevel een steen met de naam "Volmeer". In 1963 is de boerderij geheel gerestaureerd.
Waardering
Het DUINBOERDERIJTJE is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom in relatie tot de lokaal-topografische geschiedenis;
- als voorbeeld van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur.

Description
Small DUNE FARMHOUSE dating from 1795, located in the south-east corner of the complex. The farmhouse is situated several tens of metres from the Duinlustweg and is accessible via a driveway. The farmhouse has two aisles with a double stepped gable, in which the door and the glazed windows are located. In the top of the south gable a stone has been placed with the date 1795. In the top of the north gable a stone with the name "Volmeer". In 1963 the farmhouse was completely restored.

The DUNE FARMHOUSE is of general interest:

- as an example of simple yet harmonious architecture.
